Another classic line-up for tonight’s WCK Muay Thai Show at the Sheraton

In one of tonight’s star attractions at the Four Points By Sheraton Hotel in San Diego, they have 24-year-old, 5’5″ tall Brandol Mendoza (left) trained by David Huey (P: 3-1-1. A: 12-1) of Pasadena, Calif. defending his WBC Full Rules Muay Thai 130 lb. National Title against local favorite 32-year-old, 5’8″ tall Marvin “Mad Lion” Madariaga (right) of San Diego by way of Maui, Hawaii (6-3, PMMA: 2-2, AMMA 4-0) who is coached by Jesse Magnusen. Madariaga fights out of the The Boxing Club located in downtown San Diego’s East Village.

Another bout of interest has the 23-year-old, 5’10” Shamik Hayes (4-1) from Phoenix Arizona, coached by Thiago Azervedo taking on the 5’8″ tall, 28-year-old Dante “El” Patron (3-0) from San Diego, Calif. who trains at the 10th Planet Gym in Spring Valley with the Switch Muay Thai Team and coached by Andy Murad in an IKF Amateur Full Rules Muay Thai 125 lb. match.

Next, we have another local favorite, 24-year-old, 5’9″ tall “Action” Jackson Scott (1-0) from the Steven Frye Team of Victory MMA in Point Loma, San Diego, Calif. taking on 21-year-old, 6’3″ tall Haneef Agaba from the Air Phantom Team of Las Vegas, Nevada (1-0-1) in a 180 lb. Cruiserweight IKF Amateur Full Rules Muaythai match. Since Mr. Agaba was permitted to weigh-in on Saturday, we do not have a photo for you.

Also missing from Friday’s weigh-ins was the 6’1″ tall, 37-year-old Michael Graves (0-1, ABX 5-4, AMA 1-1) from the Air Phanthip Team in Las Vegas, Nevada, who is set to face the 6’5″ tall, 26-year-old Jose “El Rey” Nuno (1-0, AMMA: 1-0) from Team Parusa working out the UFC Gym in Mission Valley, San Diego, Calif. in a 3 x 2 200 pound plus IKF Amateur Full Rules Muay Thai match.

Only with additional time will we be able to sort out all of the additional athletes on this amazing fight card.

The awesome Brytni Parson-Hurst (above) will have the lovely Angel Montano (below) in her sites on Saturday night.

So very similar in height, weight, etc. Local 6’3″ tall, 28-year-old Ben Roberts (7-2) (left) from Steel MMA in Tierrasanta, Calif. will be taking on “Big” Mack Laursen (14-5) (right) from Calgary, Canada for the 178 lb. IAMTF Full Rules Muay Thai title.
The 160 lb. Hussein Elsadek from the TBC Gym in La Jolla is scheduled to take on Paul Silva.
Fan favorite Jason Durrant (above) is scheduled to take on Gabriel De Santiago.
The 5’5″ tall, 22 year-old Adrian “Savage” Diaz (left)(1-1) from Valor Muay Thai in National City, Calif. is scheduled to take on the 5’6″ tall, 20-year-old Team Parusa member Joel Lozano, who trains at the UFC Gym in Mission Valley, San Diego, Calif., who is making his debut.
