Worth repeating: some of Boxing’s most heart warming tales

A tale from boxing fan Michael Queenan: “As a child my dad used to take us camping in the White Mountains of Silver Springs Campground in Bartlett, New Hamshire. This campground was so much fun. It was right on the Saco River. While we were spending the day along the river, guess who showed up? You got it, Mr. Marvelous Marvin Hagler. He was so nice to me and my younger brother. After taking this photo with us, he spent about 10 minutes with us showing me how to punch and move. This photo was from the early to mid 90’s well before cell phones and video. It would have been awesome to have that encounter on video. I also got his autograph. R.I.P Champ.
