Bound Boxing Academy hosts their first USA Amateur Boxing Show

On Friday, September 6, 2013, the Bound Boxing Academy on Broadway in Chula Vista, CA hosted their first of what they say will be many USA Amateur Boxing Shows.

On Friday evening, there was another packed house of rapid boxing fans supporting the local USA amateur shows. This time around it was the Bound Boxing Academy hosting their first LBC 44 affair at their facility on Broadway in Chula Vista, CA.
In Bout #1, it was 14 year-old Juan Miranda of the National City CYAC (107.8 pounds) gaining the victory over 14 year-old Jason Meza of the Undisputed Fitness & Training Center in San Diego, CA, (108.6 pounds).

In Bout #2, it was 10 year-old Julian Rojas of Bound Boxing (76.8 pounds) getting the best of 10 year-old Simi Makihele of the Pound 4 Pound Boxing Gym in Oceanside, CA (78.6 pounds).

Bout #3 featured 16 year-old Kyle Erwin of Rhino’s Boxing, Vista in his Amateur debut (129.2 pounds) securing the victory over 16 year-old Pablo Benavides of JSK Boxing (121.2 pounds).

In Bout #4, we saw 21 year-old Joseph Torres of the Undisputed Fitness & Training Center, San Diego (141 pounds) lose to 17 year-old Ali Fakhreddine (142.2 pounds) of Old School Boxing in San Diego’s College area.

In Bout #5, it was 25 year-old Brian Nevarez of Rhino’s Boxing Vista, CA (151 pounds) getting the best of 20 year-old Carlos Adams of the host gym, Bound Boxing, Chula Vista (155 pounds).
In Bout #6, it was 23 year-old Raymund Benavides of Rhino’s Boxing (142 pounds) defeating 19 year-old Raul Filamon of JSK Boxing (148.8 pounds).

In Bout #7, it was 16 year-old Adrian Sanchez of the Bound Boxing Academy (155.2 pounds) defeating 15 year-old Brenton Perez of Oceanside, CA (152.4 pounds).

In Bout #8, it was 20 year-old Nicholas Cortez of Rhino’s Boxing (143.2 pounds) getting the best of 17 year-old Ryan Soliven of the Undisputed Fitness & Training Center, San Diego (147.8 pounds).

In Bout #9, it was 16 year-old Carlos Remigio (2-0) of the Boxing Club in La Jolla, CA (132.4 pounds) getting the best of 17 year-old Jose Meza of the Undisputed Fitness & Training Center, San Diego (130 pounds).
Unable to attend the complete show, the results were furnished later by the owner of the Bound Boxing Academy, Juan Medina, Jr.
