The 37 year-old, 5’ 10” Josh Thomson (21-8, 5 KOs) of American Kickboxing Academy, San Jose, Calif. checked in at 155.4 pounds ahead of his clash with the once-beaten 28 year-old Pablo Villaseca of Weichafe MMA-BJJ, Santaigo, Chile (10-1, 3 KOs,155 lbs.) for the Bellator 147 Main Event of Friday, December 4, 2015 at the San Jose State University Event Center in San Jose, Calif.

Bellator 147 which airs live on Spike TV at 7 p.m. PCT will also feature a lightweight rematch pairing 29 year-old, 5’7” Patricky “Pitbull” Freire (155.6 lbs.) against San Diegan 25 year-old, 6’ tall Derek Anderson (12-2, 1 NC, 5 KOs) of Team Xplode MMA Escondido (155.8 lbs.) and a light heavyweight battle between 33 year-old, 6’2” Virgil “Rezdog” Zwicker (14-4-1, 10 KOs, 207.8 lbs.) of Team Quest of Temecula, Calif. against 31 year-old, 5’11” Brian Rogers (11-8, 9 KOs, 205.8 lbs.) of FactorYX Muay Thai, Independence, Ohio and a lightweight scrap matching Mario Soto of Team Alpha Male, Sacramento, Calif. (6-1, 1 KO, 155) versus Adam Piccolotti (6-0, 2 KOs, 155.8 lbs.) of California. In one of the preliminary bouts welterweight Nick Barnes (9-1, 3 KOs) of the Undisputed Downtown San Diego Gym is scheduled to face 34 year-old James “Intensity” Terry (16-8, 10 Kos) of the Cung Le’s Universal Strength Headquarters in San Jose, Calif.
